  There will be a Csampmeeting Site Fundraising committee meeting to sensitise serving Elders and members of  stewardship and strategic planning committee from all Churches and companies as follows:
  Urban Churches: 4th July 2015 at Kafue main Church, time:14:00Hrs.
  Rural Churched: 5th July 2015  at Chikupi Church, time: 09:00Hrs.
  All above mentioned Officers should attend without fail and goals wil be given.

  1. There will be a District Council on 28^th JulY 2015 at Kafue Estates at 09:00hrs. All District Departmental leaders are
  requested to attend without fail. Please observe time.

  2.  All Sabbath school Superintendents are requested to come with the following Information: Number of Sabbath school
  classes per Church,ompany and Branch, to the District council.

  3. There will be Personal Ministries convention at Chilongolo 3-7thjuly 2015. Churches are encouraged to sponsor 3
  people, one youth, 0ne man and one Woman .The camp fee s K120.

  4. There will be personaI Ministries council on 28^thJuly at 09:00hrs at Libala. District personal Ministries leader to attend.

  5. There will be a comprehensive Health Ministries Training from 5^thJuly  to 9^thJuly 2015 at Chayanjano Campsite In Lusaka
  West. All district and Church leaders are requested to attend, Participation fees Kl00 per Trainer.

  6. Muluse Pathfinder Camp fair dates are 03/07/2015 to 07/07/2015 registration K25.00, Penalty for late payments
  (K40.00).Transport K40.00, food K35.00. Deadline for payments  Is this Sunday and all pathfinders will meet at Kafue
  Estates to prepare the activlties for the camp, time 07:30 hrs. No mattress will be allowed unless portable, time to start off
  will be 10:00hrs of 3^rd uly 2015 please keep time.

  7. There will be a Iiterature Evangelism Institute for Lusaka Conference at LiIayi Police College from 13th to 17th July 2015,
  fees K120 per person for transport and registration. Churches to sponsor at least one LE.

  8. There will be a district Audit for first and second quarter starting on 8^thJuly 2015. Treasurers to collect Audit Review forms
  from Estates Church.

  9.  There will be a deparmental reorganisation workshop arid meeting for Church Clerks and religious Liberty Leaders at Hindu
  Hall on Sabbath 18^thJuIy 2015 from 09:00hrs to 15:00hrs. AII Church Clerks and religious liberty Leaders to attend without fail.
  Please carry packed Lunch.

  10. Women's Ministries Leadership certificate training programme for level one (1) will be conducted at chiyanjano camp
    site in Lusaka west  from July 21 st to' 24th 2015.Trainers are expected to arrive In the Evening of Tuesday. Participation fee
    Kl00 Per trainee, to be trained are District Women's Ministries leaders and Church Womens Ministries Leaders.

  11. All Churches are here by Informed that there will be Church Heritage Exams on 26^1hJuly 2015 those Interested must start
    preparing.

  12. District mass Choir members to meet at Kafue Main Church tomorrow 28^thJune 2015 at 14:00hrs after the district council, food will
    be provided.

  13. Rural Church Music Auditions will be on 5th July at Chikupi. All those not affilliated to do so or they will not be allowed to participate.

  14. Church members are Invited to submit proposals for the Radio and Television station for Kafue Mission District through
    the Elders and Communicatlon leaders in Churches.

  15. Study Guides for third and fourth Quarter are ready, ordinary K25.00, Teachers Edition K35.00 Contact mrs Mudenda on

  16. There will be a week  of Prayer for Epaphras ministries from 28^thjune to 4th July 2015 in every church and speakers will be
    assigned accordingly. 

  17.  All Invested Master  Guides to meet at Kafue Estates on Sunday at 09:00hrs to prepare for the Master guide camp which
    will take place from 7^th-19^thJuly 2015. This camp is for all those who want to sit for Master Guide Exams, those who want

          to prepare and those to be invested.                           •

  18. There will be a professional Lecturer's and Teachers conversion for Lusaka Conference from 2^nd to 7th July 2015 at
    Chalimbana college of Education In Chongwe, participation fees Is k400.00, this amount caters for Registration, food and
    accommodation. Deadline for submitting names and fees for this meeting is 15^thJune 2015.

  19. There has been  ZBUC Dorcamo Convention from 23^rd to 27th June 2015 at National Heroes Stadium.
